Emery Beacom is an actress, writer, and producer from Los Angeles. Drawn to stories rooted in emotional realism, she has quickly carved out a dynamic early chapter in her career. Now based in Brooklyn, she finds constant creative fuel in the city around her.

In 2025, Emery wrote, produced, and starred in two self-led short films—DRAIN and I Like Your Room—both born from her desire to explore intimate, character-driven narratives. For DRAIN, a psychological thriller, she assembled a team of more than eighteen collaborators on a limited indie budget. Across six full shooting days, she and her crew brought the film to life, giving Emery a deeper understanding of filmmaking and producing while continuing to hone her craft as an actor. While DRAIN entered post-production, she wrote I Like Your Room, a lighter short inspired by dating in New York City. With an even smaller budget and a crew one-third the size, the film was shot over two days and is currently in the edit. Both films are preparing for a planned run through the festival circuit.

She also booked her first supporting role in a feature film, playing Elise in 5 Days at Zooblin’s Bar and Grill, which was shot in New Jersey in July and is set for release in 2027.

Emery is currently studying abroad in London at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In her free time, she is developing her debut feature—actively writing and laying the groundwork to secure funding, with hopes of entering pre-production in 2026. She continues to create work that reflects the complexities of human connection and the grounded honesty that inspires her, always with a little humor along the way.
